But I have to write something in this case. Bonnie Keith of Video Magic Productions is by far one of the best professionals, in any business, that I have come in contact with in the last 35 years! She went above and beyond on what I expected of her, (and I expected a lot let me tell you.) Her knowledge, patience and demeanor were second to none. She makes you feel welcomed and treats you as an equal not as a client. If you need any kind of professional video or photography needs, you are crazy not to at least call Bonnie for a consultation.

Video Magic Productions came highly recommended. I contacted them on a Thursday with a time sensitive project. We filmed 4 commercials the next day. I was under pressure for both time and quality. But, you would never know it from Bonnie, the owner. She shot the scenes with a very calming and professional demeanor. She was completely open to our suggestions and vision. The first project is how I got to know about Bonnie when she was shooting a video I was part of in south Orange County, CA. She came to the location very prepared and despite a lot of challenges with the Covid-19 closure of the center we were shooting the videos at and helping us (the subjects) pose properly in front of the camera and handling the ambient noise, she maintained her composure and calm and we had a great success. Many months later I reached out to Bonnie for the second project which I am currently working on and she agreed to accommodate my busy schedule by giving me her Sunday to work with me. We had a lot of adjustments to make with the lighting, script modifications, using a teleprompter and even post production which Bonnie has professionally helped me with and I am quite happy to post this review and personally talk to whomever wants to utilize her services in the future. I have plans for future work with Bonnie and I strongly recommend her to others

*****April 2022 After my mother passed away, I spent a month planning a beautiful service for her. With family members involved from speaking to singing, even many coming from out of state, I knew this gathering was something I would always cherish. After my first conversation with Bonnie, I knew I had made the right call. Bonnie took care of everything related to the filming of this event, from coordinating with the church to showing up early for set up and getting pictures and video of things happening before my arrival. Things I would have never seen. Bonnie genuinely cared about this moment in my life and it showed through all that she captured. She has given my family and I a true gift. A memory of my mother that will now never be lost. Thank you Bonnie.

***** Bonnie is amazing at what she does! We wanted to stream a funeral mass for my dad's service and she made the process as seamless as can be. First of all her communication is great and she got back to me in no time in giving very detailed information about what she provides as well as quoted price, which made the evaluation and decision making process very easy for us. As far as the day of, she was so well equipped and organized. All of her equipment was set up and ready to go before we even got to the church. She utilized Zoom to stream the event, and sent out a meeting invite to me with a Zoom link a week before the event, which I forwarded to everyone on my invite list. She had multiple cameras (that were all professional grade) set up to capture various angles of our family, priest and cantor, and was able to shift to different cameras throughout to capture all of the desired angles and activity depending on who was speaking/singing. She also opened up a chat within the meeting so that attendees could provide feedback and chat with each other. She recorded the meeting through Zoom, but also recorded through each of the individual cameras. After the event was over she went to work compiling all of the raw video into a version that consisted of all of highlights and important moments of the service as well as provided links to the raw video footage, and proved a document with all of the comments that attendees submitted through the chat. I was so impressed by the quality of the video as well as the artful way that Bonnie compiled the raw footage into the highlighted version. I was so impressed and happy with the whole process working with Bonnie! She was very thorough with her communication, equipment setup, and is a gifted artist with capturing all of the moments of the event and compiling into the final product. On top of that, her cost of providing all of this was such a great value for all of the time, effort and skill that she puts into her craft. I would highly recommend working with Bonnie for all of your streaming and videographer needs!

Karine V. • April 9, 2022 Bonnie captured every moment I am so glad to have had booked with Bonnie she was professional, lovely, and took our life celebration into magical memories our video is as vivid as the moment of the celebration as a event planner most of time I am unable to feel each moment at the party, but when I watch the video production by Bonnie I got goosebumps and cried of so much of the way she captured each item, areas and our guest I felted as if I was living the moment again.
